Country Farms Neighborhood in Marlton, NJ

Country Farms neighborhood

The Country Farms neighborhood is a well-established development of homes located in Evesham Township, built in 1979. Designed by Paparone Contruction, this neighborhood of homes was built on what once was a plot of open farmland. It was originally marketed as a “rustic country setting that provides an atmosphere of tranquility” to appeal to buyers who wanted to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Still conveniently located to Route 73, Route 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike, homebuyers could settle in a quiet area, but enjoy the advantages of both worlds.
