About Kellyann Cash

Kellyann Cash is a dedicated Realtor with the Pat McKenna Realty Team at eXp Realty, proudly serving Burlington County, Gloucester County, Camden County, and surrounding areas in South Jersey. Since becoming licensed in 2019, Kellyann has built a reputation for providing knowledgeable, client-focused service to buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the region.

 

Before launching her real estate career, Kellyann spent five years working for a licensed real estate appraiser, where she gained valuable experience analyzing property values and market trends. This background gives her clients a unique advantage when it comes to pricing homes accurately, identifying strong investments, and making confident buying and selling decisions.

 

Kellyann works with a wide range of clients including first-time home buyers, sellers, relocation clients, and real estate investors throughout South Jersey. She is known for her strong understanding of the local market, strategic approach to pricing and negotiations, and her ability to guide clients through every stage of the buying or selling process with confidence. Kellyann believes real estate is about more than just transactions—it’s about building lasting relationships and being a trusted resource for her clients long after the closing table.

 

Outside of real estate, Kellyann is a proud wife and mom of two and a dedicated sports mom who spends much of her free time cheering from the sidelines at games, running between practices, and supporting her kids’ activities throughout the community. When she’s not helping clients buy or sell homes, she enjoys baking, gardening, and spending time with her family. Life at home is always lively—between raising two kids and what she jokingly refers to as her “House of Savages” (a nod to her love of Game of Thrones), there’s never a shortage of laughs or stories to tell. Being deeply rooted in family life and the community gives Kellyann a genuine connection to the neighborhoods and families she serves every day.
