The season is officially shifting, and there is no better way to welcome autumn than at the 25th Annual Margate Fall Funfest by the Bay. On September 26th and 27th, 2026, Amherst Avenue will transform into a lively waterfront celebration. It is completely free to attend and packed with live music, fantastic local food, and over 110 unique vendor booths stretching along the beautiful promenade.
The Pat McKenna Realtors team loves any excuse to celebrate our local communities, and we are thrilled to be part of the festivities this year. We will have our own space set up right in the middle of the action. Make sure you stop by to say hello, grab some goodies, and chat with us about everything happening in our vibrant neighborhoods.
Beyond the great conversations, you can enjoy ten live bands on the main stage, a refreshing beer garden, and artisan crafts from talented creators across the state. The fun runs all day Saturday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We cannot wait to see you there and share in the incredible energy of Margate!
