In 2015, Briarwood homes were available for purchase at prices in the 200s. Just five years later, the same homes could be sold for anywhere between 300k-450k, generating an instant profit of 100k. However, if you had waited for two more years until 2022, the value of your property would have increased to 600k-700k. In the last two years, there have only been seven listings in the Briarwood neighborhood. Pat McKenna Realtors sold 17 Washington Dr in February 2020 for 417k, and two years later, they sold 7 Old Republic Ln in June 2022 for 650k. Both the properties have the standard 4 bed, 2.5 bath, finished basement, and 2 car garage, and are not vastly different from other Briarwood homes. The only significant difference is the sale price, indicating that Briarwood is an excellent neighborhood to invest in.
