The Vineyards is a townhouse community in Marlton New Jersey that was completed in 1987, with 177 townhouses in total. They were built by Scarborough Homes. This neighborhood is located right off North Maple Avenue, in Marlton NJ which gives you easy access to many of the major roadways. This neighborhood is made up of 2 and 3 bedroom units, that are standardly equipped with central (natural gas) heating and cooling and has public water and sewer services. The Homeowner’s Association takes care of the lawn maintenance and the community pool and tennis court, which is a great added perk! In each unit, you will also find a full basement. As you step out the back door, you will find an outside storage shed as well.
Some super cool options back in the day that you could equip your house with were an intercom system (with AM/FM radio included)!! The house also came standard with almond colored appliances and “ventilated” closet shelving. Some pretty high-tech things for the late 80s! In the two bedroom models, both bedrooms act as “master bedrooms” with bathrooms located in each, and the 3 bedroom models have one true master bedroom, with two other bedrooms that share a bathroom. One of the more unique floor plans has a bedroom on the first floor. In the community, there is also a hidden pond at the back of Medoc Lane which is a wonderful place to walk in the evening along with some quite extensive open space areas.
