Ask if the agent is full-time or part-time. There are SO many real estate agents, and many of them do real estate as a part-time job. You want to make sure you have a full-time agent whose main focus is their real estate work. If an agent has another job during office hours, this can cause delays and will make you feel as if you are not a priority.
