This area is perfect, since it is off the same road as the elementary school, middle school, and high school. Briarwood is in a great location, close to all major roadways (Route 70/73, I-295 and the NJ Turnpike)!

Every house in Briarwood comes standard with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. They all have two car garages, as well as a full basement! Many of the owners had the basements finished at the time of purchase, and many of the owners have All homes in this neighborhood were originally equipped with gas heat and central air as well.
