Fresh Finds

Spring has officially sprung, and along with the warmer weather and salty air comes the return of one of our favorite shore traditions, the farmers market! Whether you’re looking for the first crisp greens of the season, handmade artisanal goods, or just a relaxing Saturday morning stroll, the South Jersey shore is gearing up for a fantastic 2026 season.

Farmers markets are more than just a place to pick up groceries; they’re the heartbeat of our shore communities. Supporting these markets means supporting our local farmers, bakers, and makers who work hard to bring the best of New Jersey’s agriculture directly to our tables. Plus, with the addition of live music, cooking demos, and a vibrant community atmosphere, they’re the perfect way to kick off your weekend.

What to Expect This Season

Many markets are already opening their doors or preparing for grand openings in May:

  • Brick Farmers Market: Returning to Windward Beach Park every Saturday (8:30 am – 1:30 pm), starting May 2nd through October 3rd. It’s a staple for a reason, featuring nearly 70 vendors ranging from farm-fresh produce to specialty coffees.

  • Burlington County Farmers Market: Celebrating its 20th season! Their regular Saturday market officially kicks off on May 9th (8:30 am – 1 pm) at the Agricultural Center in Moorestown and runs through November 14th.

  • Rancocas Woods Farmers Market: A lovely Sunday tradition in Mount Laurel, running June 7th through October 25th (10 am – 2 pm). They even have yoga and workshops to enjoy while you shop!

  • And So Many More: From the bustling markets in Asbury Park to local gems like the Barnegat Farmers Market, there is likely a market right around the corner from your favorite shore point!

Get ready to fill your pantry with the best the Garden State has to offer. See you at the market!
