The Orchards at Greentree in Marlton NJ

The Orchards at Greentree is a well-established, suburban townhome community nestled in Marlton, New Jersey. Originally home to acres of apple orchards, this land was purchased in 1980 by Linpro Corporation. The developer’s original design included three customizable models for new, eager homeowners. The first was the Hawthorn II – a single floor, two-bedroom, one bath model, featuring a den, eat-in kitchen and optional fireplace. The next two models were the coveted Poplar II and Juniper II – both two story, three-bedroom, two bath models that included a large master bedroom, walk-in closet and formal dining area. Nearly 40 years later, a total of 311 properties make up this large residential community.
