At Pat McKenna Realtors, we’re continuing to grow, and we’re looking for a motivated, energetic, and driven Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to join our team.
This hybrid, full-time position is a key role within our organization, focused on lead generation, client communication, and pipeline management. The right candidate will play a major part in helping our agents stay productive, connected, and successful while delivering an exceptional experience to our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an ISA, you’ll be responsible for:

Following up with inbound and outbound leads

Setting qualified appointments for agents

Managing and updating CRM systems

Nurturing buyer and seller leads through consistent communication

Practicing scripts and overcoming objections with confidence

Working closely with agents and leadership to keep the pipeline moving
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, confident on the phone, and committed to follow-through and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who:

Has strong communication and relationship-building skills

Is comfortable with outbound calling and appointment setting

Can stay organized in a high-energy environment

Is tech-savvy and experienced with CRM systems

Brings professionalism, consistency, and a positive attitude every day
Previous inside sales or real estate experience is preferred, but the biggest factor is drive, coach-ability, and work ethic.
