Westbury Chase is a fantastic community, which is located right off Evesboro-Medford Road in Marlton, New Jersey. Construction began in the late 1980’s, and stopped for a short time, as they had issues getting permits from the township. When they were able to build again, these homes were a bit improved, and some homes had basements, which was a great upgrade! The builder of this community was Scarborough, which is a well-known company that had been building homes since 1946 and were known for their quality products and attention to detail.
Currently in Westbury Chase, there are no homes for sale.
In the last year, 11 homes have sold. They have ranged between $270,000-$345,000. This wide range has to do with the vastly different home styles and sizes. Some homes in the neighborhood, like the Weymouth Model, only has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. On the other hand, the Ashford has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a 2 car garage and a basement. There are some great lots in Westbury Chase that back to private Green Acres township owned land. Some areas of the community back to a large scenic pond as well.
These homes are in a nice proximity to all major roadways, however tucked back in Marlton a bit so it is not as congested. You have all the bare necessities right up the street – Wawa, Dunkin Donuts, etc. which is an added plus!
