Country Farms in Marlton (Evesham Township) is a lovely neighborhood situated in the northeast section of Marlton. This well-maintained community of approximately 350 single family homes is located just north of Evesboro-Medford Road and West of North Elmwood Road. Residents of Country Farms enjoy the soccer fields, park, basketball courts, brand new tennis courts, and even a lake surrounded by walking paths. With all of these amenities, Country Farms is a fantastic place to call home and enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle! The homes in Country Farms were built 30 to 40 years ago by three different builders: Chiusano Homes, Paparone, and Ryland.
