Medford Pines is a small Subdivision right on the edge of Medford and Medford Lakes. The original constructors were Tim Schaeffer communities and MaGrann Construction, who built the 30+ home neighborhood in 2000-2002 across various lots averaging about 1 acre. Schaeffer and MaGrann were determined to preserve Medford Pine’s special South Jersey Pine Barrens environment intact. Despite having several articulate home models to originally choose from, Medford Pines buyers took solace knowing everything from the construction site to the home’s outdoor layout kept the delicate ecosystem in place.
